1world.ch – IT-Support

1world.ch provides customer support in terms of IT and Websites. The system contains several online tools in order to react on short-term needs (emergency) as well as documention material like manuals or tipps and tricks and training videos.

All tools are available after login only.

Webinar feature successfully tested

Today, a cross-continental prototype webinar have successfully been tested (Latin America – Europe). Image and sound quality have been rated good to very good. Apart from the fact that the attendee could not interact via voice due to headset problems, the test proofs webinars will be an interesting option for training sessions.
